The focal point of PQ is the 1 acre interior rooftop courtyard, imagined with the residents’ free time in mind. Situated atop structured parking, and designed and programmed by Cite Design, the green roof showcases an elevated swimming pool with cascading spill wall, sun deck, outdoor dining and grilling stations, flexible gathering areas, outdoor games, and lounge furniture.
